We had booked this home to be a transition home as we relocated to Philadelphia. The booking process was very easy and the host was available to answer all my questions. Very professional and even offered some tips and advice on the city. Unfortunately, a situation beyond our control caused us to delay our move and cancel our booking. The host was understanding, gracious, and assisted in cancelation process. I recommend this home, or any other this host may have available, as they are wonderful people to work with. I will certainly rent from the in the future.
