Private Room in Recently Built Townhome

Property is located in a safe and beautiful location. In the fall/winter time, you can see the snowed peak on mt hood from this location. Pretty close to restaurants and shopping places. Private room and bathroom are spacious and well furnished. Never had trouble sleeping in the daytime for my nightshift. Owner is awesome and great! He and his family are very friendly. He gave me some hiking locations that are very beautiful and doable. I would definitely rent again in the future if I go to white city again.

Owner is easy to get along with. House is clean. Easy street parking in front of house. I appreciated having my own bathroom and being able to use the office. The location is also reasonably close to the hospitals. I would definitely starly here again if I was in the area. Great choice for students or traveling professionals.

This was a great place to stay! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling and need a place to stay during their work assignment. The owner was very respectful and had great communication! He laid out all the ground rules in the beginning and I did not have a problem with it at all. The bedroom was very cozy, I had no problem falling asleep on the bed. It also had great storage space for clothes and misc items. The room also has a space heater that worked wonders during the winter season. Having my own bathroom was a plus and it's right next to the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer that we shared, my advice would be just to communicate with the owner when you would like to do laundry. I had no problem with it during my stay. I also loved that there was an office work place right next to the bedroom. It had a desk where I could do my homework. Overall I had a great experience and would stay here again if I had another work assignment in the area.
