Private Bedroom 3 with Shared Bath

I stayed in this room for 6 months and loved it. The location of the house to downtown is the best part! The landlord, AD, is amazingkind, prompt, realistic and accommodating. I worked in Lafayette a total of 18 months and would recommend any property AD has because they are always beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked and well maintained.

I stayed in the lower level apartment with private bath as well as the upstairs large bedroom with shared bath. Both units were comfortable, clean, and private. The shared kitchen is spacious. The house is located immediately adjacent to the historic Highland Park neighborhood with beautiful walking paths and downtown Lafayette is 15-minute stroll away. Amber is great to work with and I would definitely return.

I occupied the larger of the two rooms on the 2nd floor. I found it to be extremely welcoming. The queen bed was very comfortable. I felt safe in my room as well as in the shared spaces throughout the home. I occasionally had to go out in the middle of the night to see patients and never felt unsafe going to/from my car. My assignment went from 13 to an unexpected 50 weeks & AD accommodated me without hesitation. She was very attentive. I rarely had to reach out but when I did, her response time was impeccable. I would definitely recommend renting this space...10/10! The only con was having to share a bathroom BUT I was offered the opportunity to switch to a different room with a private bathroom each time one was available. I chose to decline because I liked my room so much!

This is a very large bedroom with a nice size walk in closet. Windows surround the entire room making it feel more open and inviting. The door has a fingerprint keypad which was nice and felt more secure. The bathroom is shared which is not my preference as I find it awkward sharing a bathroom with men however with our schedules it was never a problem. A is so easy to work with and will address issues with other tenants if necessary ie: leaving the bathroom or kitchen dirty. The location is centrally located to not only the hospitals but also many restaurants. Oh and I didnt mention how comfortable the bed is!!!!

House is cozy, clean and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The common areas feature a large, open living room and kitchen with plenty of storage. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer , dryer, stove and oven. A is the owner and she is wonderful. She responds quickly and goes above and beyond to make your stay here perfect. I recently moved to one of her other available units but highly recommend this property and the owner. Thank you A!!!

This is a fabulous clean open and very comfortable rental. The rooms are very comfortable. House is cozy and very well maintained. Amenities are a great addition. Dishwasher, washer , dryer, stove and oven. Large refrigerator and storage for kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer. Open living room and beautiful front porch to sit out on evenings. Owner Amber is AMAZING! VERY hospitable flexible and very quick and available to anything that needs her attention. She is an amazing person. I highly recommend this property and the owner. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Amber!!!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom had a coded lock for security/privacy. Tons of closet/dresser space for personal items. TV in bedroom. The kitchen was wonderful. My roommates & landlord were amazing. The landlord ensured everything was in order prior to arrival & anything that came up, she was very fast to fix. Loved having a washer/dryer in house. Coded locks for the house. Very close to everything, including the hospitals. I highly recommend this place to any traveler looking for a home away from home. It was absolutely perfect in many ways. I would most definitely stay here again.
