2 Bedroom (private suite)

Dennis was a fantastic landlord! This is a great space with a lovely backyard. The pup & I were very happy here for our stay. It's spacious and comfortable making it easy to call it home!

I am a travel nurse - a single female- that came to KY for an assignment at UK. I booked with D while still in Boston. It's always a risk booking a property when you aren't there to see it for yourself... the neighborhood it's in...ect. However, D did not disappoint! The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Recently completely renovated and access to the entire back yard that is very conveniently fenced in - I have animals so this was a huge bonus. The apartment also has its own private driveway and entrance. D lives upstairs in the main house and I could not have been more happy. He made my stay comfortable and easy. If he even had a small inclination that there may have been a problem he proactively took care of whatever the pressing concern was before it had a chance to become an issue at all. He was super respectful of my privacy and made sure he went out of his way to make me feel I was safe and taken care of. I actually cried when it was time to leave! 10 STARS!!!!!!

Place is very well furnished, both rooms have a big television and great sized closed/dresser. Very close to UK hospital, cannot beat the location! D is very hospitable and took care of any issues/questions very quickly.

My wife & I, along with our 2 golden retrievers, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The private parking spot is in the back of the house where the entrance to your stay would be. The back yard is HUGE and is gated all around. The yard is taken care of very nicely. The owner, D, is the most kind owner I have encountered through any renting websites. He is very responsive and very respectful with timing and noise. He checked in throughout our stay and told us if there was going to be any projects/ potential noise going on throughout our stay. ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL HOST!!!!! Neighbors are very kind as well!!! Couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Interior design was wonderful, water pressure was top notch and included washer/ dryer/ dishwasher/ fridge/ freezer. BOOK IT BEFORE IT'S GONE!!!!!
