K is very accommodating and inviting. I was on a contract for about 6 months. The street is quiet. The apartment is very clean and smelled amazing. The beds are comfortable. It was a Short distance to my work assignment. We truly enjoyed our stay from the bbqs in the backyard to the great hospitality.
This is a quiet location within walking distance to the bus, corner store, and park. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable. You feel like you are at home because of the homey feeling within the apartment. I will definitely stay again the next time I have a work assignment in the area.
