Great space with privacy and everything you need. Quiet neighborhood with nearby walking path. Landlord is incredible welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!
The land-lady is super duper sweet and very accommodating to anything you might reasonably need and is very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet, people regularly jog or walk around it, and it's in a good part of town in western Greeley next to the main road. 10minutes from NCMC hospital; 20minutes from McKee hospital in Loveland. The property itself is well-maintained. The complex is cute, clean, and basics were all provided at move-in already. I have been here for 6 months and enjoyed every single one of them.
My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment while I worked at NCMC in the E.D. It is a very easy <10 minute drive. Safe and comfortable neighborhood. The landlord, J, is quiet, accommodating, and so sweet. Fun patio to sit outside for coffee in the AM or drinks in the evening. Fast WiFi if someone works from home. A great space for 2!
