I'm a bit surprised to see the kind of reviews left by others, but I'm very happy to report that I never had any bad experiences here. Mr. Dami was very gracious and accommodating, he addressed any questions or concerns I had right away. He was kind enough to list nearby grocery stores, gas stations and shopping malls nearby. The environment was very quiet and peaceful, I hardly knew when him or other tenants were home. I wish the listing showed photos of the actual rooms for rent, but upon requesting them Mr. Dami provided photo and videos. Overall, I would stay here again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would've. The pictures are of his bedroom, not yours! The room I stayed in, the mattress was on the floor, the TV had been left on and had burn holes throughout the screen making it impossible to watch, and he doesn't know HOW to replace his water filter. I had asked for these things to be fixed at the beginning of the month, and when I left, they still were not fixed. Bring your towel, pillows, plate, cup, bowl, etc, because they don't exist in this house. His 3 car garage only has 1 parking spot, and HE parks there. The door to the guest rooms doesn't have locks, and he will go into your room while you are out. He locks himself out of his house often, so keep your phone close to let him back in, or he will just leave the overhead garage door wide open for ANYBODY to walk in. There's only 2 rooms to rent, not 3. He's never awake to make breakfast and you wouldn't want his cooking from the toxic smell that I had to experience. DON'T GET CATFISHED!

Besides having cameras everywhere, this guy tried to change the price on me last minute. He also says there's amenities that aren't actually provided such a place in the garage, a private entrance which is just the front door. All pictures are of the master bedroom, none of the rooms you'll actually rent. Was told I had a private bathroom only to find out he rented the room and told her I was happy to share. After speaking with her we found he had lied to both of us about several things. Her mattress was left on the ground, her TV had burn holes in it. Nothing was provided as far as towels, glassware, toiletries, laundry detergents so make sure you're ready to bring everything. This place was an awful experience and I even left after the minimum month although I'm staying in OKC for three months. I give this place a one star and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
