First Floor Apartment 7 minute drive to Glens Falls Hospital

I am a local healthcare traveler and stayed here for 3 months on a contract at Glens Falls. It's a beautiful newly renovated colonial house in a safe quiet neighborhood. I worked nights and did not have any difficulty sleeping during the day. The upstairs neighbor also was super quiet and courteous during my stay. Very spacious for 1 person and I had 2 visitors stay comfortably in the 2 twin bed guest room. The front porch is lovely and everything was perfectly furnished to my needs. I cannot recommend B and M's place enough!

As former residents of Queensbury we return each summer and rent furnished. This rental exceeded our expectations. The location is very quiet and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. Spacious first floor unit with a lot of HW flooring and windows. Corner lot with adequate off street parking and trash pickup weekly. This building was fully renovated a few years ago and is in great shape. We especially enjoyed a full covered front porch as well as a small back porch and a small patio area in the back with a nice area for outside dining! There is a laundry room/mud room, a storage closet, plenty of closet space, and extra sheets, towels, etc. there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room too. We would definitely return to this location as it was very conveniently located for us. The owners are very responsive and the upstairs tenant (their relative) is very quiet and considerate!
