This is a fully renovated spring house on an old farmette. Farm was established in 1847 and the property is very quiet and feels very secluded even though we are only 2 mins from Rt.222 whcih can have you in Reading in 10 mins or Lancaster in 30 mins.
The spring house is seperate from the main house which allows privacy. The spring house overlooks a pond and waterfalls the feeds the pond. There is a small porch with a table...
