In the spring of 2022 I decided I had enough of LA and decided to move to Atlanta. I thought "Let me find a short term rental, in case I hate it there". Phil was the most amazing landlord ever. From the beginning, he made sure my transition across the country was seamless and I loved renting from him so much that I ended up staying for close to 2 years. The house is great, Phil is awesome and I would 100% recommend it to anyone! (NOTE: My actual move-in date was August, 22, 2022, but the system didn't allow me to go back that far)
