Adorable home in central location

Have rented this home multiple times from John during my travel assignments in Chico. Charming home with a big back yard which was perfect for my dog! Close to walking trails and very close to town and Enloe. John was always very responsive to any questions or needs I had during my stay. Home was extremely cozy to stay in. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a charming home to stay in :)

My experience here was amazing. The space is cozy and clean, conveniently located and very pet friendly. The landlord was friendly and attentive and handled any minor issues immediately. Theres plenty of storage space and it is very well equipped. I highly recommend this space if youre traveling with a dog; it has a spacious backyard and there are lots of trails and parks to explore in Chico. The space and the landlord honestly exceeded all my expectations, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of living here while in the area. The neighborhood has an eclectic vibe and is within walking distance to several coffee shops and Bidwell Park. Took daily walks to Bidwell Park and I have never once felt unsafe. The owner of the cottage has been fantastic stocking the house with everything needed and making it feel more of a resort then a rental. Both bedrooms are similar in size with good closet space and ample storage throughout the house. In the summer heat, the house stays cool and comfortable and during the cold winter days and nights, it kept us completely warm. I cooked every meal in the big beautiful kitchen stocked with modern appliances and all of the comforts of home. Great house and great landlord. If you are going to be in the Chico area, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!
