This apartment is absolutely awesome. It has driveway parking so you don't have to park on the street. Its location is close to a wide range of different shopping places as well as being only a short drive from downtown Cleveland. The apartment is clean, well-kept, and has an interior that offers all that a person would need for a rental. The landlord is easily accessible and the property is well-maintained.

Pretty cozy place. Bed is really nice, best sleep I've gotten in a place that isn't mine in a while lol. Great neighbors, quiet neighborhood for the most part. Wonderful place, would def stay again.

Property manager C is great to work with. The home is comfortable for one and has everything you need. The only complaint I'd have is no TV in the bedroom. My contract unfortunately got cut short and C was able to honor a refund for me for the month I had already paid which was greatly appreciated. It usually doesn't come with linens but C accommodated that as well. Very pleased with my short stay and the service provided by C!

The location was great . He was very helpful with everything I needed he was there for me. The apartment was clean, nice and very quiet place to stay at. I travel all over America this was the best place I ever stayed in.
