Beautiful walk out basement in a 6 acre lake...

This really is a hidden gem! It's affordable, has everything you could possibly need (which is really nice), and is very well maintained. The photos in the listing depict it accurately and the lake view every day is just beautiful. I came across this listing months ago with the goal of finding a place close to UNC for work and school (the commute is super convenient!!) and it was literally the best and easiest decision I've made. It's very spacious and cozy and the natural light that fills the apartment is wonderful. In addition, the surrounding area is quiet, safe, and peaceful. From the beginning of my stay and throughout my stay, L and her family have been so kind, generous, welcoming and always made sure you had everything you needed and checked in to make sure all was okay. They are very caring and mindful and I have genuinely had such an easy and great experience with them and the property! I would 100% recommend booking with them!!

BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A HIDDEN GEM AND SO AFFORDABLE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED! Now that I've gotten the main message out of the way, I'll speak honestly. I truly did enjoy my stay here. As a single, African American female who had NEVER been away from her family before, this was a huge deal for me. I originally went with another place and when my family and I traveled into town to tour [that] place, it didn't go as planned. I was stressed because I needed a place prior to my second clinical in Raleigh, NC. Luckily, I came across this place. L and her family were so warm and friendly and very welcoming. You would be housed in the in-law suite that is below their home. It is so spacious! Queen-sized bed with a full kitchen and your own bathroom and private entrance. The family was incredibly kind and inclusive (which was a HUGE deal for me and something that stuck with me). Also, you get a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake behind their home. It was truly 10/10 experience! Please, book them!
