Charming room for rent in gorgeous home near...

This is a beautiful home located in a quiet and scenic neighborhood conveniently located near University of Washington Station (light rail). Washington Park Arboretum is attached to the neighborhood and provides a beautiful outdoor venue for walking, biking, or enjoying the beautiful Seattle summer. I stayed in the upstairs bedroom, which has an outdoor patio attached to it. I spent many hours reading and relaxing on the porch in my off time. The landlord (D) keeps a very clean house and is very respectful of your privacy. She is also very friendly, intelligent, and a delight to engage in conversation should you wish to get to know her better. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and felt very at home.

Staying with D and her darling dog, Maisy, has been such a wonderful experience. D made me feel right at home from the very first day. Everything that she listed online matched what was experienced. The parking was incredibly spacious. Her location was only a couple blocks from the bus stop and about a mile away from Safeway. Denise has truly been a godsend to me and I can't thank her enough for opening up her home to a complete stranger. I can't thank her enough. If you enjoy your stay here as much as I have then you will have a wonderful time!
