Easy commute to NKY St Elizabeth hospitals. 12 min drive to Edgewood, no need to use any freeways. Very safe, quiet neighborhood and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is equipped with brand new fridge, stove, huge sink for washing dishes. Great shower, and ample closet space. Comfy queen size bed with cozy fireplace. Owner is very easy to work with, and has been available at all times for any issues. Easy parking. This has been a great long term stay for me, a single woman. Close to all things to do in NKY and short drive to Cincinnati. Devou Park has beautiful views nearby. This neighborhood is perfect for walking, with sidewalks and friendly people.
