Wonderful Tiny Home

The most outrageous part of my experience was upon moving out I found a JOCKO Statuette, an offensive and racially charged historical figurine kept either as a collective piece or left behind as an insult. The handling of the security deposit was another distasteful situation. Despite having (WHITE) roommates, I was the only one from whom J asked for a deposit. Hmm.. When it came time to move out, with appropriate notice that he said he was okay with, he outright refused to return the appropriate amount. This demonstrates a severe lack of integrity. ALSO the house was extremely dirty!!

Had a great experience staying here, had all the accommodations I needed and more. Great location and safe area, with beautiful walk path. The landlord is attentive and fosters a peaceful yet fun environment, and the roommates are all sweet and respectful. Overall, my two cats and I enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I had an amazing stay during my contract in one of the rooms in Jacobs house. He is a gracious and communicative host, who will do whatever is necessary to make sure his tenants are comfortable. His home is exactly as pictured and the room had everything in it one would need. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen with plenty of storage and a washer/dryer are a must for me as a traveler and this had all of that and more. Everyone I lived with during my stay here was clean, respectful and great to be around, especially J and his dog, Max! If Im ever back in the area, I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Came here for a travel contract, and ended up reextending for about seven months J is hands-down, the best landlord I have ever worked with! He is very nice and extremely funny, him, and his girlfriend were more than welcoming. Everyone that I had lived with throughout my time there was extremely clean, respectful, and very fun to be around! The house itself has a massive backyard, front yard, fireplace. I loved having my dog around theirs, the animals got along great! Overall one of the best experiences I have had while traveling

Beautiful house with nice furnishings and easy to work with owner. Lots of space. Nearby a lot of neat things to do!

Stayed for about 5 months. Good people renting and enjoyed the stay. I felt very welcomed and it was a great introduction to Oregon for me. House was clean and the room was just right for what I needed. All furnishings were appropriate and the experience delightful. Will stay there again.

This is a great studio type property. The location is in a great neighborhood with a paved jogging path just on the other side of the fence with a large area for dogs to run also. I worked at Riverbend during my stay and it was less than 10 min to the hospital. The property itself is behind the main house inside the fenced in yard. Its a cozy studio that offers all the essentials and was great for me and my 2 pets. The tenants in the main house were also travelers and all super nice and easy to get along with. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a pet-friendly stay in Eugene/Springfield.

Stayed here as a travel healthcare provider for three months and was a wonderful experience. The room was equipped with all the essentials and a comfortable bed. The owner is amazing and always helpful if anything is needed and keeps the house/yard in fit shape. The house is equipped with a fenced yard and dog kennels in the back, so it is very pet friendly. The location of property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I would walk my dog all over and always felt safe. The house is about 10-15 minutes from most places in Eugene so prime location. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely be looking to do another short-term stay if back in the area.

The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Really chill place to live with other travel nurses that were clean and respectful of each other's space. I enjoyed my stay here - would stay again
