private cozy unit

This was a great unit to stay in for my first travel contract. I worked night shift for two 13-week contracts, never had an issue with sleep or noise in the apartment. Kitchen is a complete kitchen with updated appliances, all cookware I needed was provided. The kitchen also has a water filter built into the sink which I appreciated. Washer and dryer in unit worked great. Living room had adequate space with comfortable furniture and good-sized TV. The Bedroom has a comfortable bed with walk in closet and ample storage. Bathroom was a good size with nice shower and water pressure. Outdoor space was great to sit out in the mornings or evenings with a coffee or drink. Landlord bought a grill for the patio while I was there which was a nice gesture and made the outdoor space more enjoyable. Landlord was very receptive and quick to respond to any issues that came up (all minor issues - light bulbs burnt out, water filter needed replaced, etc). Would absolutely stay at this unit again!
