Very Close to Carson Tahoe Medical Center

Very comfortable home. Plenty of space and had everything you could need. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Also the hot tub was a wonderful amenity! Owners were always very quick to answer any questions and had a property manager that was always available if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a pretty home! Loved the bathrooms! Comfortable and perfect - neighborhood is lovely with great running/biking trails right around the corner. Nice neighbors. Had no issues whatsoever, has everything you could need and more! Would recommend to anyone!

The good: - The house is fantastic - plenty of space, comfy bed, comfy couch, well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and such - The person who manages the day to day, C, is very friendly, and helpful The bad: - There were hundreds of springtails (small jumping bugs) everywhere in the house. The landlord initially said it would take him 2-4 days to get someone out to take a look, while we were living there. Ultimately he did send someone the day after we told him. - The landlord blamed us for bringing the bugs even though we discovered them within 24 hours of arriving (he later apologized, but very rude and unnecessary) - When I mentioned there were still bugs, the landlord expected me to figure out the source of the issue, and did so in a condescending way - "Let's remove some possibilities here people", "It's not rocket science" I highly recommend you sign a contract that protects you with this rude and condescending landlord. The bugs were still there by the time we left.

Great property! Very quiet neighborhood and very nice neighbors. Owners and property manager are really good about communication and check in often. There is also a hot tub and grills on the property that is nice!
