Arabian Trail Abode

This was such a great place to stay for my first contract. The apartment has everything essential including an extra air mattress for guests. The patio view gave a beautiful glimpse of the mountains and palm trees, has 2 lovely pools, and a gym. The area is a great spot for exploring different hiking trails all around Phoenix, and the neighborhood is beautifully manicured with lovely walking/biking trail right down the street. Our landlord was especially awesome. There was an issue with the heat initially moving in and she not only responded immediately and had someone coming to assess the issue, but also sent us over 4 space heaters. Rent can be expensive in this area, especially during the winter high season and I felt like this was one of the most fairly priced places in the area for its amenities/locations. I worked in Chandler so some day there was a bit of traffic, but for me it was worth it being in such a serene Scottsdale retreat!
