She goes above and beyond to make sure that your state is pleasant and that everything goes smoothly our communication is on point as well the area is located in the perfect area of Cordova about a minute from the main streets where all the shopping and restaurants are the area is safe as well

Was a great place to stay. Never had any problems as L is a great host. Made my 4 months as comfortable as possible.

Great place to stay I wish I could have stayed longer. Stayed here while working out at Blue Oval City and it was in a perfect spot. 30 min from the job and had a bunch of restaurants, groceries stores, and a 24 hour gym right down the street. Very safe location never had any issues and the neighbors are very friendly. Laura is super easy to work with and we were able to talk to her about any issues we had and she was always available. Me and my buddy were working night shift and she always found a way to work around our schedule and make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looks for a nice convenient place to stay.

This was a great townhouse close to everything in Memphis. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe with really nice neighbors. You can tell the house has recently been updated and looks great, kitchen fully stocked with new appliances. L was a great landlord, easy to communicate with and was quick to fix an electrical short after a big storm! Coming to Memphis as a single female I was really worried about safety and I never felt unsafe once at this house or in the surrounding area. If I come back to Memphis I would absolutely stay here again!
