I have moved many times due to my healthcare training and occupation, and of all the places that Ive lived, this one has been the very best! M and T are a blessing and the absolute best landlords. Their communication and attention to care of the property is fantastic. I lived here for almost 2 years, and if I didnt have to move for a new job, I surely would have stayed here for as long as possible. This place truly felt like home! The cottage is spacious, clean, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The backyard is large, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. M and T are knowledgeable about their recommendations about the area, and the location provides easy access to many amenities. M and T are some of the best people I have met and were the most awesome neighbors as well! Look no further, you will not find a better place than this gem!

From the moment that I arrived, this property was cuter than what the images lead me to expect. It also had everything I needed to live comfortably, T and M made sure to provide all essentials in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. T and M were also the best landlords Ive ever had. They introduced themselves and also took the time to get to know me and my puppy. They even went the extra mile when I asked for their help with my dog, which was the biggest blessing. If you have the chance to, I 10/10 recommend staying here.

M and T were awesome to rent from! Their home was beautiful and we felt safe in the area with them right next door. The private patio was nice to have in the backyard as well as the turf! Our pups loved the backyard! Perfect little home and would 100% rent again!

This home had everything! It is very tastefully decorated and came with everything I needed from kitchenware to linens. It was very private with my own garage, nice patio set-up and close to everything! Its a quiet neighborhood - great for walking and bicycling to the stores and restaurants. The landlords were gracious and I honestly didnt have to ask for anything! I highly recommend this cottage!

Definitely a 5 star and more! This cottage is a dream home away from home. You have access to beautiful back yard and your own private back porch for quiet time. The cottage is sparkly clean and well maintained. It is nestled in a quiet, beautiful Phoenix area, centrally located to hiking, walking, dining and shopping. I couldnt have had a better experience. M and T are gracious and kind hosts.
