I am a healthcare provider in San Jose. We got this Henderson home for our father as a vacation home but his health status changed and he is not able to visit the house much. He wants to make it available to traveling professionals, especially health care providers. I have been an Airbnb host since 1995, earning Super Host status while managing several homes in Silicon Valley and Huntington Beach for friends and families because I myself like to travel and hosting. This is also intended to rent to people/families who are relocating and not a long-term rent.
