Upscale Studio Appt. W/ Patio, Lake View, Workout Room etc.

Can't say enough positive things about my stay here. It made my stay in Missouri so easy and decreased so much of my stress, I even extended my contract at work a couple of times and C was so accommodating. C went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I appreciate most is the communication that C provided. I never felt lost or confused because I could easily reach out with a quick and clear response. The location is very peaceful, I took multiple walks around the area. I know where to stay if I ever end up back in STL.

Beautiful , with kitchenette and convenient W/D . I can't say enough about my landlord during this time . I contracted covid at work during my stay and she was so kind as to bring me items to help me with my illness and leave them on the stairs for me. Another good memory I had from my stay is when I ordered anything she was so gracious to pick it up for me , especially if I asked her because I would be away for many hours a day at work. I enjoyed the trail I was unable to enjoy some of the amenities. Comfortable Temperpedic mattress. Nice garden area with a view of the lake . If I had anything to complain about it is the temperature during the peak of winter. It became quite chilly . This was mostly due to the real fireplace which is gorgeous, but did not get to use it. My landlord soon realized it was the flu coming open and was able to close it, which helped the temperature. This happened during high winds. My landlord was very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.
