My husband and I loved this place. Summer made moving in an easy process. She helped us when our husky escaped and when our car battery died. The neighborhood is super safe, and there are trails nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
I feel very fortunate and grateful to have found the Sunshine apartment in Ashland! S's private, back unit was exactly what I needed as I transitioned form California to Oregon. The deck is so peaceful and beautiful, as is the the apartment. You have everything youll want here to enjoy your stay, but if theres something else you need just ask S! She is a gracious host and a wonderful person as well. This place is a true GEM and I highly recommend it.
Private, quiet property with a lovely deck space. Felt like a European studio with all the amenities I love. Very clean, big windows with natural light. Would stay here again if I am working in the area. Parking off the street was amazing.

Hi there! I'm an early 30's professional taking a break from the business world. I have a passion for adventure and the outdoors, and love to combine traveling with paragliding, bicycling, backpacking etc. While I would describe myself as a social person, I value privacy and autonomy a lot, and set up this rental space so tenants could have the same.
