Guest House - Unique Living experience - 3 private bedrooms 3 private baths - shared comman area

This was by far one of the best places I've stayed in my six years as a travel nurse. The house is great, quiet and lots of privacy. The Landlord is very caring and wants your stay to be awesome! 10/10 recommend!

I can not say enough positive things about my stay in the Rose Room. R and M are very attentive to any questions I had as well as a great resource for recommendations of the area. They are very personable and kind people. As a travel nurse, this place has been the best ever. The location is great with easy access to all locations in the Phoenix area. Privacy is never an issue with each room having a private entry, private bath and gated access to the property itself. The pictures do not do this place justice. In comparison to what other travelers are paying in the area it is hands down the most economical and fantastic place to stay!

Great stay. 13 week travel nurse contract. This part of the house has three rented rooms. Parking is in back past a gate that closes behind you. Entrance to your room is immediately from the patio where you park. Landlord is very easy to deal with and very responsive to messages or issues. He lives on the property in the other section of the house. You are not in his space, nor is he in your space. Bed is very comfortable. Curtains and shades are great for daytime sleeping if needed. TV has voice activation for channels, or shows, or apps. Grocery stores and highway access are both nearby. Jiujitsu gym also nearby. Hospitals nearby (in case you work at those). Thai food and other restaurants nearby. Orange and lemon trees in the garden area are pleasant. New laundry washer. Walk in showers with space and tile floor for bathroom. Have hand rails too. Kitchen is stocked with plates, cookware, mugs, dish washer, etc. I would stay here again. It was an easy transition from out of state.

i absolutely loved staying here and hated to leave when i did. maggie and ray are great. they are very inviting and welcoming. if u have any concerns or need something fixed ray handles it immediately. the property is just down the street from a friendly little pub, a super cool tattoo place:), gas stations, shopping and more. its a very cozy and safe place to live. they have 2 furry friends, milo and sadie that will brighten ur darkest day. i would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent in this area. u cant go wrong!

Ive been here for already two months and will continue to stay here rooms are great for working graveyard due to the fact that he blacked out all the windows you have your own private parking pool and all three rooms have their own access to the room Great neighborhood market is just right around the corner would recommend this place to stay
