The landlords are very responsive and accommodating. The unit has all the necessitates, especially a full size fridge, stove and washer/ dryer w/n the unit, which was quite helpful during the winter. Wifi consistently performed well. Peaceful neighborhood, with easy access the downtown Bristol, gyms and grocery. Take note, if you are a light sleeper (like me) occasionally, the trains run in the very early mornings and the horn noise penetrates the unit.
