Very well equipped, spacious two bedroom. Backyard is beautiful, kitchen has lots of storage and equipment, close to town and very convenient to everywhere! Landlord is fantastic! Having washer/dryer is definitely a plus. Highly recommend this property!!

I’m retired. I’ve owned a salon and a lady’s clothing store. I’m easy to get along with and fix any problems ASAP . I am able to give you restaurant names restaurant take out . I am able to give you places to visit. The apartment is about 7 miles from Rutland regional Medical Center. It’s about 35 minutes from the hospital in Middlebury Vt. It is about 5 miles into the city of Rutland.
