Maddy the owner is a very good person! I had no problems during my stay. As a single woman I found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe. There was comfortable space in the refrigerator /freezer/ laundry room / cabinet for my items. The room where I stayed was spacious and comfortable. Although there was a shared bathroom and another room for another roommate next to my room,during my stay I was the only one using the bathroom as there was not another roommate in that other room. I am grateful for Maddys flexibility and great communication. Once moved out I got my full deposit. I am grateful I was able to find an affordable living situation with a caring safe person. I really appreciate all your kindness! Thank you Maddy! I highly recommend renting from Maddy!
very nice owner. I've had no problems during my stay. neighborhood is quiet and safe. you get 2 shelves in the refrigerator and one in the freezer. bathroom is now shared but I didn't have to share it during my stay. I recommend.
