Mountain Paradise

Such a great rental! I immediately felt safe and comfortable at Leslee's place. Comfortable living space. Quite bedroom area, very clean, great storage space, nice little kitchenette set up with access to the main kitchen for more serious cooking. I never felt uncomfortable using the main kitchen or worried about being in the way while cooking. Great access to Evergreen and the surrounding area. The property is beautiful with a nice patio area. Hiking trails start just steps from the house. The local Elk make for a great mountain living vibe! Can't rave enough about Leslee and her pets they definitely make it a happy environment..

This property is exactly as shown in the photos. It's very comfortable and has a large living room with a large screen TV. The host was super accommodating, nice and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to Denver and the mountains. There's lots to do nearby with good restaurants, hiking, lake activities, and gorgeous views. You can walk in the neighborhood or get on hiking trails right near the house. I would definitely stay there again.

Two weeks room, living area and bedroom-kitchen area, have been newly remodeled, peaceful tones. Well decorated. Unique brick flooring in the bedroom and kitchen area. New carpet to living room. Bathroom is small, however shower is larger than most! Leslee makes sure you have everything you need outside of clothes and food. Full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, youre allowed to use main kitchen if you want to cook. Plenty of closet space and other storage. Nice leather sectional and TV with current Apps if that is your thing. Desk for working at home. The garage space is the best perk! Take that back, the most accommodating and sweet landlady! She has a great dog and two cool cats if you need pet time/therapy! Great walking/hiking trails just outside the house. Downtown evergreen is in walking distance, but be prepared for some Steep inclines, amazing little coffee shop and restaurants of all cuisines available when you dont feel like a frozen meal or air fried meals.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Evergreen, Colorado. The refurbished basement provided a perfect mix of comfort and luxury, with its ample amenities including a large TV, high-speed internet, and well-stocked kitchen area. Access to the shared spaces, half of the garage, and a private patio was a delightful bonus. Its location, a short walk to Evergreen Lake and historic downtown, offers a multitude of dining and shopping options. The house's proximity to miles of trails and an array of outdoor activities kept me entertained during my off time too! Living with an adorable puppy, two kitties, and a resident elk added a unique and charming experience. Overall, this rental strikes a fantastic balance of tranquility and adventure, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay near Denver!
