Charming One-Bedroom Duplex - Unit 1 - 387532

The property was just right for us as we were between homes and needed furnished, near shopping/restaurants/medical services. It was very clean and all set up to start living. We were allowed to have our well mannered pet and that meant the world. The landlords were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Its a great neighborhood, too!

ALL I can do is warn any potential renters that the landlords are ill equipped to manage rentals. They are unprofessional, expectations are unreal. I asked to renew and was told a new contract and renter was already in work and I I was too late. I was left with zero notice! only to learn this property had not actually been rented. Hence the post. texted her repeatedly. I was accused of smoking, breaking things in home and leaving waste in toilet that was left broken. The day I left McKinley, I sent a text at 9:59 notifying her of ky attempt to fix the flap in lid. my rent cashiers check was in mailbox. Nearly 2-3 weeks later, she said there was no check. I was a liar and she is suing me.property is covered with outdoor cameras fyi. I had an emergency health issue that required surgery. She forced me to packed all my things to move next door since I hadn't thought to extend my lease via text as I had done. Just enough to max character! I urge anyone considering to seek elsewhere.
