Studio Apt on 2 acres close to stores, restaurants and hospital

This cozy cottage is the perfect space. It is designed and built so perfectly so that you really have everything that you need. The closets are large and the ceilings are vaulted and it has the best little built in shelves. Truly a labor of love between John, who built it, and Joan, who decorated it. Now, speaking of Joan and John; they are the kindest couple you will ever meet! From bonfires to recommendations on everything and anything New Smyrna Beach, they do it all!

My husband and I rented this studio apartment for the summer and we couldnt of loved it more. It was so clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The hosts were the sweetest people ever and so helpful with everything! We had the best experience. Only good things to say about this place!

J and J were so welcoming when I arrived and during my stay, they are the best! Perfect place to call home after a long day of work or sightseeing! Its a quiet, quaint street with easy access to anywhere you want to go! I will definitely recommend people to stay here.

There are no words to describe how much I enjoyed staying at this house. I was displaced by Hurricane Ian and was in need of housing. They graciously took my cats and I in and assured me I could stay as long as I needed to The studio was perfectly decorated and very spacious. Not to mention J and J are the nicest people you will ever meet. And the BONFIRES are the best. You can not go wrong here.

My favorite stay so far. J and J are a lovely couple, friendly, kind and absolutely accommodating. I was treated like a treasured family member. The studio is beautiful. I found myself cozied into the bed and not wanting to get out all the time. I told them I could live there long term quite happily. There is everything you need and more. Quiet, beautiful area yet right in town too. The beach is minutes away. An absolute gem of a place to stay. J&J go out of their way to see to it that you are not just welcome, but enjoyed and catered to. Im forever grateful to them for keeping me safe during Hurricane Ian. I was sad to leave and look forward to going back. Staying here is an experience I find myself fondly reminiscing.
