This property is such a great location - only 3min drive to PRMC. It is simplistic and has all the necessities. I would stay again if I ever return to the area. L, the landlord, is also phenomenal and is very responsive. I recommend this property to anyone looking at a contract in Salisbury!
I had an excellent stay in this studio unit while completing my clinical rotations in Salisbury. Within walking distance to the hospital and less than a 5 min drive. Had a lot of food places nearby but you can also cook your own in the unit. Had my own parking space. Good privacy and felt safe overall in the area. It was also very easy to communicate with the host. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

We have lived many places and have returned to Maryland. We believe the Eastern Shore has much to offer and provides a unique living experience. Our property is in the heart of Salisbury, so it is very diverse, and yet provides a private getaway. We enjoy exploring the outdoors, especially all the nearby beaches. We also enjoy the farming community and all that they have to offer to this area. Along with our "almost grown" children we have 2 small dogs, a cat and a lizard that reside with us!
