walkable to downtown, restaurants, ferry and beach

This property is walking distance to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, etc., and has a private feel for being right in town. The lessor is wonderful to live with. She is quiet, respectful of space, keeps an extremely clean home, and is so easy to get along with. With our work schedules (I had to be at work by 8, she worked a later shift), we never had any issue with the shared shower, and she has her own half bath, too. She always cleans the shower after each use as well. I would look to stay here again if I were to return to the area in the future. I couldnt think of one thing that I would change. She truly made my first travel assignment experience a wonderful one.

The house is new, clean and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood and about a 5 minute drive to Pen Bay Medical Center. Walkable to downtown Rockand, where there are shops and restaurants. The host, G does everything she can to make sure her renters feel at home and comfortable. You'll have your own room and bathroom, only sharing the shower and common areas. G is also a wonderful artist and the house is decorated with her artwork!
