Nice condo for the price and it came loaded with furniture! The owner was very nice and accommodating. Only thing i wasnt fond of was the parking- being my truck is about 30' long its kinda hard but still doable.
The house is nice and comfortable with all modern amenities. The location is super convenient, close to all major retailers/shops and restaurants. L is an amazing host and flexible with the lease extensions. We were initially supposed to stay for 3 months, but went on to stay for almost a year.

Hi, my name is Lindsay and I've been a nurse for 19 years in Peoria. My background is in Obstetrics and Oncology and I have worked for both hospital systems in town (OSF and Carle). My husband and I wanted to offer a safe place for traveling professionals to stay, while being able to share what we love about Peoria and the surrounding area. We are going on our 3rd year of renting our condo and have hosted all industries (medical, construction, engineering). Many of our tenants have extended beyond their original leases. We aim to offer a safe and comfortable home away from home!
