My stay here was amazing! Very spacious, huge couch, and everything you could need. The location is great and walking distance to hospital, both grocery stores and the beach. Parking is right in front of unit and you never have to fight for a spot because it is assigned to you. The neighbors are so sweet and loved my daughter and dogs like their own. Would 100 percent stay again and would recommend to anyone!

I honestly cannot recommend this property enough. Not only was the landlord very kind, he was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. There is honestly not one thing that I could possibly complain about with this home. You are right in the middle of town and within walking distance to almost everything, even the beach. The beds are very comfortable and nice, living room furniture is very nice, kitchen appliance are all in great condition, everything. When we came to the end of my assignment, we were very sad to leave this house. I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Great location in the heart of town. Walking distance to beach, hospital, grocery store and bank. Upper level apartment with several views of the ocean, very bright and clean. Pictures of apartment are as advertised and current. Nice 2 bedrooms, roomy living/dining space and nice bathroom. Comfortable living room furniture. King size bed with new memory foam mattress. Full kitchen with appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Washer & Dryer included in apartment. Linens, towels, pillows included. Stayed here for 10 months while working on contract at the hospital. Absolutely loved it here! Neighbors were amazing and quiet. Owners/property manager were very attentive and respond quickly when needed. Would stay here again!!!! Great location for rock hounding on the beach and less than a mile from the mouth of the Rogue River.
