This is such a cozy apartment, perfect for one or two people to live in. It had everything I needed to feel right at home. The landlords are the kindest people and helped make my stay that much better. The apartment is in a prime location: walking distance to the centennial trail that overlooks the Spokane River (great views), a long walk to downtown, Kendall yards, a bakery, and a brewery! Everything I needed was within a 10-20 min drive. The apartment was great and I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Spokane!
The property is fantastic and feels like home. It has a great bakery (Made with Love) 3 blocks away and a nice local pub a few more blocks away. The landlord, B, is awesome and very helpful if you need anything. I'll definitely stay here again when im here in Spokane.

We purchased several foreclosed properties in our neighborhood and renovated them as rentals. We also flipped two of them. We lived and worked overseas for 14 years in Singapore, middle east and West Africa. We had so much fun it was like our first retirement and this is our second one.
