ADORABLE STUDIO UNIT in Eastvale, Upscale quiet neighborhood

Very modern, clean and comfortable studio. It was a great plus to have a kitchen and laundry accommodations in a unit like this, as not many do. Great location in a very safe neighborhood. Many good restaurants and shopping locations nearby. Close to both the 15 and 60 freeway. Owner is very nice and readily available if any help with the unit is needed. It was a pleasure staying here.

During my short stay for my travel assignment, I was able to come across this gem. C was amazing and the best host. She will always make sure you are comfortable and has everything you need. The bed was super comfy. I was able to have great sleep here during the day for night shifts. The blackout curtain was a great touch. I really recommend staying here if you can!

I have mixed emotions about telling everyone about this unit. Even though I want to keep this unit my secret.. I absolutely love this place! It has everything a person need to feel like its your mini apartment. MT is one of the sweetest and nicest landlords I have came across. If there was anything I needed, she was there instantly to handle it. This will be my come to place when Im in the area.

I am a nursing student who stayed at this studio while doing an NCLEX prep course in the area. It was my first time in Southern California and I was a bit nervous but C and her family made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The offered to helped my bring in my stuff the first day and quickly helped me settle in. The studio was extremely clean and well kept, the area is very quiet, peaceful and calming, perfect for people looking to relax or wine down after a long day out. Throughout my stay, C and her family were very quick to respond if I needed anything at all and always checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable during the entire visit. The studio has black out curtains, perfect for people wanting to rest during the day. Its very also well furnished and I had plenty of room for all my stuff. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this studio to anyone coming to stay in the area! You wont regret it.
