This place/room is great. It is close to hospitals and down town. The place is clean, has everything you need, and land lord is responsive and so kind! Being a single female - I never felt unsafe. If coming back to KC would definitely stay here again!
I had a wonderful experience renting from M. The apartment was clean and the location is fantastic. I travel for work throughout the year and I felt the area was safe and the neighbors were friendly. M went above and beyond to ameliorate any appliance issues. A great short-term rental option!

I have lived in the Kansas City area for over 20 years and have worked as a medical device rep for various medical companies over that time. Over the years I have had many conversations with travelling medical staff, so I feel that I have a very good understanding of what is important when they are looking for housing. I saw the need for travelling medical staff and decided to turn this townhouse into a a place that someone can relax at after a long shift.
