We purchased our first distressed property at a foreclosure sale with the intent of remodeling it for our son to go to college in Sterling. He opted to take his own path and ended up not going leaving us with an incredible property and not sure what to do with it. While we were working on this project we realized there were very limited options for mid-term rentals in town so we furnished ours and added it to the small list of properties for professionals to stay at while they are working in the Sterling, CO area.
