My 13 week stay at this property was exceptional! From day one M made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The property is clean, quiet, well maintained and in a great location close to everything from restaurants, shopping, walking/bike trails and the local hospitals. I highly recommend this property. M generosity went beyond my expectations. Shes great!

I am a good landlord , and according to some of my tenants, a cool one. Although this is a new house, I have leased in South Tampa for several years now, and have references if needed. My work keeps me very busy; working 10-12 hours a day. I have friends and family from all denominations and backgrounds; and embrace what makes us different. I was born in Philadelphia, spent much time traveling growing up. My children are grown adults and they are my best accomplishment by far.
