Beautifully upgraded condo with a view, near hospitals

J made our stay in San Diego so stress free. Finding housing in SD is difficult so I was amazed with how well everything went. I appreciated how prompt Jay was at always getting back to me. Very accommodating. The unit is not only beautiful but so cozy. We found the beds to be comfortable and the complex was quiet. The patio has a zen like feel and it was the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was literally 20 min or less to all the places we needed to get to. It is nearby many stores and restaurants. Parking was never an issue and I always felt safe. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

The property owner is a great landlord who takes pride in his property and it shows! J had thought of everything, from every possible kitchen item you may need, to great storage options to small details like plants and rugs to make a place feel homey! The beds were very comfortable and curtains in each room were a nice touch. He had tons of extra towels, sheets and home cleaning products to make our move easy and painless. The complex is so quiet and nice. Its a great top floor corner unit so noise from neighbors was extremely minimal. (Important for night shift workers!) It was well kept up and felt safe with 24 hour security. All of the amenities at the complex were well maintained, great hot tub and pools and easy to get around all of San Diego from the location! Easy on/ off the highway and to grocery stores, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and were grateful we found his place!

We rented J's condo while in transition as a military family moving cross country and awaiting housing with 2 kids. J's promptness with communication, true attention to detail with the desire that we be happy and settled, and the care for his property made us feel like we had a home in the midst of a very trying time. The people who live in this community here are wonderful, the property is very centrally located for getting anywhere, it is quiet, safe and has a superb location within the actual community. You will overlook the pool while surrounded by greenery on a corner unit on the top floor. Everything is clean, modernized, well maintained and it has a decent amount of storage space for a short term rental. It was such a blessing to call this place home while we needed to!
