K has been the best landlord we have ever had. The process of signing the lease was straightforward, she was easy to get a hold of and communicative throughout the process. I cannot say good enough things about having K as an LL and the next-door neighbor. They really make you feel at home from day one. The house is very cozy and comfortable and fully stocked. Very close to the freeway, making traveling to any area seamless. We worked at VCMC and it took us about 8 minutes to drive to work. We were honestly sad to say goodbye to K and our neighbor.
