I stayed for two months and it was great. You have everything you need and more. Monica's place in centrally located in Carson City with quick access to the freeway. For the price, this is the best place on the market.
Would have loved to have stayed longer! Shared space but privacy is always provided. The owner of this condo is super inviting, very transparent and communicative which may ease stress for business purposes. Starter toiletries are provided. Keeps her home very clean & smelling delightful, may it be from a scented candle or one of her delicious home baked goods. She has THEE sweetest & most loving dog named Gus. Safe & quiet neighborhood and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Monica!!

I'm a young 52 yr old woman. My dog, Gus, is a really loving, goofy but mellow guy. I like gardening, hiking, swimming, going to Lake Tahoe for the day, or just spending time with friends. I'm pretty quiet and keep my house really clean. I have rented to travelers before, and my neighbors work at Carson Tahoe and are travelers as well. I have enjoyed the friendships I have made with my tenants. I am looking for a single renter with no pets. I'm not looking for long-term general renters. I prefer medical professional travelers on contracts.
