Beautiful Cottage Ranch vineyard in Russian River Valley

This property is a little slice of heaven after we brought home our newborn baby. The home was lovely and the perfect size for our new family. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our baby and watching the horses. Kim and DeWayne were so welcoming and supportive during our two month stay. We felt so lucky to have this place while we adjusted into this new chapter of our lives.

My husband, our cat and I absolutely loved staying here. The house was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and anything additional we sought was happily supplied by the owners, who could not be nicer people if they tried. We especially loved having our coffee on the porch in the morning, while the horses enjoyed their breakfast, and those warm summer evening BBQs. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found this rental because not only did it make our transition into the area a breeze, we've also been introduced to two of the kindest and good-hearted people that Northern California has to offer.

My girlfriends and I planned a weekend wine tasting trip and heard about this property from a family friend. It was greater than we imagined in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Its a brand new home nestled on a hill overlooking a gorgeous horse ranch that is very well kept. Beautiful sunsets! Its so quiet there and scenic, its a perfect place for resting after a busy day of wine tasting and enjoying the Sonoma countryside. The beds were so comfortable for sleeping, which was a relief because its usually my biggest concern traveling if the bed is too hard or lumpy. Last, the kitchen had everything we could need, complete with all the amenities to make morning coffee such a nice touch! Thanks Kim and DeWayne for your hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I came here. I was looking for a nice place in the wine country on one of my trips and a friend recommended this property. The unit itself is nestled up on a hill with some views of vineyards but surrounded by trees for privacy at the same time. With lots of acreage around, the main property also had horses, wildlife, and nice sunsets. About a dozen wineries are within a 5-minute drive, making this the ideal place for me to take a wine tasting weekend trip. The unit is brand new, furniture is a blend of antiques and new farm-style furnishings with all the comforts one expects of a modern home. What else can I say, I highly recommend it!
