Peaceful MidCentury Modern Townhome 2Br/2Bth

This townhouse is exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. We're frequent travelers and the unit is better equipped than most others that we've stayed at. The unit was very clean and quiet and the enclosed back yard provided comfortable outdoor space. B is a wonderful host and we'd love to stay there again if the opportunity arises.

My husband and I relaxed in this beautifully decorated clean townhome. We have stayed many places and have never had an owner so friendly, accommodating, and encouraging. She wants you to have the best visit ever. Everything was fully stocked and ready for us to move in. We soaked up the sun on the spacious patio which has very comfortable furniture and an orange tree. There is no traffic noise. It truly was a quiet relaxing oasis. The living room has an enormous TV and a very cozy couch. The bedrooms are roomy and pleasant . It is close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. The bikes and grill are thoughtful add-ons. There is a large clean pool as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My roommate and I are travel nursings and had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome. It was in a very convenient location to the hospitals we were working at and had amenities like grocery stores and gas very close to the apartment. The pool was another added plus to the experience it was clean and great to have on hot days. The landlord was great and very attentive to our needs! Whenever there was a question or something we needed she was always available to help. She did everything she could to make us feel at home while traveling miles away from our families. I would recommend this property to friends and family, definitely one of the best and cleanest townhomes/apartment I have stayed at while traveling.

B has everything you need in this place to be comfortable! It is always clean, the neighbors are very nice, and its close to the pool. B is very responsive and close by if anything comes up!

Stayed here during a nursing contract in the area and it was exactly what we needed! Everything is as pictured and the landlord went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. She was also great with addressing the few issues and questions we had! Could not recommend more

Upon my arrival to the Phoenix area for my contract in August, I was eager to get settled into this townhome as the pictures and my interaction with B(the landlord) were nothing but positive. This is now my fourth month of renting the townhouse and second contract. My experience with the property, the location, B, and all of the amenities this place has the offer; Ive never felt more at home (while on contract) than I do here. B has gone above and beyond to make this place one of a kind.
