Quiet Condo near major hospitals

The property is a great find. I was an overnight tech working weekends and found things to be fantastic for the stay. E was such a great host for the stay, friendly when you were there and left you be after a bad shift if you just needed to rest. The place is very secure as well if safety is a concern for you, It's gated, with security code to access the building. Given the break ins that were happening in the hotels prior to staying here, I'd say you'd have little to worry about for your vehicle during your stay. The mattress was surprisingly soft and comfy and the bathroom very well done with a showerhead that was so relaxing on the muscles. My one and only complaint is outside E's control, if you work overnights be warned that you can hear all the noises from the pool during the day if you are a light sleeper. Not an issue for most or for most of the year though and I'd still stay again despite the outside noise. Full stars from me.

E (landlord) has been awesome, keeps his place very clean and comfortable. The Condo is in the perfect location with lots of food and shopping options available in walking distance. Ive worked at CMC hospital throughout this time, its about a 7 min drive. Really no complaints at all. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a place to stay in charlotte and this room is available stop your search and reach out to E immediately. This room was perfect for my one month stay in charlotte. E is very accommodating and easy to work with. His condo is clean, spacious, and very reasonably priced. The condo was walking distance to a local shopping center and his complex also offers a nice pool to relax at. It is situated a bit south of the city so I recommend bringing a car. Parking was never an issue, as E gave me a parking pass for the month. This room was perfect for me as I am a traveling medical student. I highly recommend this room for anyone visiting the charlotte area especially traveling health care professionals due to its proximity to the hospitals.
