City slicker

I stayed here for three months during a clinical rotation and I loved it!! I felt extremely safe staying there by myself and Devorah was always quick to answer texts if I needed anything! She truly went above and beyond while I stayed there and would even let my dog out during the day while I was at work! She and the place were amazing!

After a hectic life in Dallas, it was a true retreat for me in the beautiful up-scale countryside of Arkansas. It's 18 minutes of easy drive from Wadley Regional Medical center in Texarkana, TX. The apartmentis designed to feel comfortable and at home. I felt safe here.The landlord is an intelligent, well-educated lady, with great life experience who moved here from another state. I enjoyed our chats. I also had the pleasure to enjoy her cooking on a couple occasions. Differentpeople have different needs. And if you need anything theapartment does not possess, please don't hesitate to ask the landlord. She will accommodateyou to her best abilities. Also, if you are not a dog person (like I am), again, please let the host know about it. The place is large enoughto not cross the pets at all. I highly recommend the place.

We LOVED this host, apartment and amenities. We were treated like family and the accommodations are great. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. I highly recommend the Maritime. You wont regret it. If I could give it six stars, I would!

The property was well laid out and comfortable and in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. The room had amenities for every situation, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it for couples and singles! The host was beyond kind and accommodating, with local recommendations and helpful advice. She put in the extra effort to make her guests feel welcome.

This was a great place to stay. T was an awesome landlady. She made sure I had everything I needed. She knew the hours I worked and made sure it was quiet during the day, since I worked nights. The apartment was clean, and just far enough out, to give me that country vibe. The pool was clean and everything that could be needed poolside was available. I loved the outdoor kitchen area as well. If I ever get back to this area again, I hope there is an available apartment for me. P.S. I fell in love with the dogs that were there as well!

This short-term rental really is as good as it looks- and better! The City Slicker apartment is cozy and has plenty of space for you and a pet, should you choose to bring one. I stayed here on an away clinical rotation for PA school and really enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces as well. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind, and accessible, and have sweet dogs to boot! While it may be a little ways out of town if youre working in Texarkana, the commute is 100% worth it if you want a quiet place to relax or study during your off time- or even work remotely! I loved this apartment and am so glad I chose to stay here- I hope you love it too :)

The setting and location for this home was ideal to say the least. Rural Texarkana, yet only minutes from the city. Extremely quiet and easily accessible. The hosts are the best part about this home. They are extremely accommodating without being overbearing. They are fair and honest and upfront throughout the entire process and are attentive to your every needno matter how minute your need is. They became more like family to me and I will never forget them!!! I miss you guys already. D and GM

I stayed at this property during my traveling PT journey and I absolutely loved staying here. Ms. T was so nice with such a great personality. We still communicate here and there to this day. I enjoyed the pool as well. The property was cozy and unique. My stay really felt like my home away from home.
