The Property is located in the town of Hilo, Hawaii which accommodates and minutes to get your groceries, hospital, the airport and restaurants. There is walking distance to convenient store like 7/11. Free bus transportation that can take you all around this beautiful island called paradise. Most of my leisure time is at the Beach. You just need to get a schedule for departure and returns. I am hardly home, only home to do computer work and to sleep. Its fully furnished and the kitchen is filled with amenities to prepare your meals and do your laundry. It's also very comfortable on your days off and have cup of tea and look at spectacular view from our kitchen window, the mountain called Mauna Kea. Couches is great to chat with the roommates very relaxing. I like this property very much it's great area the neighbors are so friendly. Now it's time to travel to another place called HOME. The weather rain, sun and more rain but its so warm this is Hawaii.

The following is my opinion: I wasnt sure if I was going to leave a review to protect my peace but I have to warn you. This landlord/subleaser has deep control and communication problems that will be projected onto you. You can be painfully kind and compassionate, but in the end youll realize it was all for naught, as you are a pawn in her life. Some people live life for only themselves at the expense of others. This isnt usually much of a problem for greater society until they have power over others, for example the role of a landlord. I advise you to not get caught in it. Living here you undoubtably will she lives directly under you. Whenever I run into old roommates and we laugh about the crazy stuff she did and how manipulative and stressful it was. Ive almost never had a roommate here who doesnt feel this way. And thats a good amount of people...let's just say this house has a high turnover rate for a couple reasons. No, I do not recommend this property.
