Registered Historical home split into 4 totally separate units Unit C

Lovely place to stay! Loved the Victorian house and the history of it. Great furnishings and use of space. This space is so much bigger in person than in pics. It was a great home base to do things in downtown phoenix and also to take some day trips away. It felt like home away from home for the 3 months. Thank you Kerri!

My stay was perfect, the host was so quick with responses when I needed help! This place has everything that you could need. My dog loved the yard! This place is very close to everything we needed. I would recommend this place to all my fellow healthcare workers!

As a travel nurse with a dog it can hard to find the perfect place to stay. Well this timeI found the jackpot. The property owner is easy to get ahold of and quick to take care of any issues (not that I had any) always striving to make the place better. The apartment was well kept and clean upon entering. The private porch and yard was a huge plus. Even with a shared laundry I rarely saw my neighbors. I absolutely loved the historical element as well. I would definitely recommend the place 100%and already have!!

This was such an awesome find! K was always super helpful and made sure I felt supported while staying here. The apartment felt homey and I loved all of the thoughtful touches she added. I would definitely recommend looking at this location for your renting needs!

Loved living here! Such a perfect sized apartment for one person, with everything I needed. K was very responsive and always made sure I had what I needed. Super close to the city and all the cute surrounding neighborhoods.

I stayed at this property in 2022 for my 13 week contract@ St Joes. I loved living here by myself. The upstairs apartment is small but so homey and cute. My favorite part was the balcony and the two doors to get inside my space made me feel safe. The washers/dryers were a huge plus and I never had any maintenance issues. K was a grate land lord and never contacted me and was there when I needed her. Yes it is close to down town but there isn't any traffic in the neighborhood. I did walk around the neighborhood by myself and felt safe because the neighbors made me feel welcome :) I would live here again, the neighborhood was quite. Not every house around is renovated but it feels like a neighborhood that's improving.
