Private Master Suite

this studio is a nice find in California, had everything I needed, however I was told by the landlord that a W/D would be put in before I moved in and during my entire stay it never got put in so I had to go to a laundromat, which became cumbersome after a while especially since I was under the impression that one would be put in before move in date another problem I had was the A/C unit was leaking water CONSTANTLY, jot is very nice and responsive to this issue however maintenance vam and "fixed" it three times and it still never fully got fixed I ended up putting a coffee pot under it so it would get under the bed and on the floor, also had to get my own plumber for the shower drain, she did reimburse though another problem was when I left the unit, the landlord never did a final walk though even though I told her what day I was leaving, I ended up having to almost take her to small claims court because it was taking so long for no reason at all wasn't terrible, but not good either
